Brainchild of Jerry Snell (Internationally acclaimed Canadian multi media festival director) and Vee Lea (Founder of international aerial academies and associations). Collision Arts was conceptualised in the under currents of youth culture in Sydney Australia and the founders are proud that the inaugural launch of Collision Arts Asia Festival will be held in the birth country of Vee at PUBLIKA, DUTAMAS KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA.

Collision Arts Asia Festival 2011 invites all forms of visual and physical expression to come together and collaborate in unique performances. Covering the dimensions of visual art, dance, music, performance arts and sport, all artists are given the brief to showcase their art in collaborative works with other artists and cross dimensions.

"Be prepared for never seen live before performances!" says Jerry.

Over 100 artists have volunteered and donated their time in aid of the fundraising element of the festival: to develop outreach programs for at risk youths to gain access to the arts for development and social intergration.

We hope all Malaysians can support this inaugural festival and come together in PUBLIKA, DUTAMAS KL during 21-23 October 2011 to celebrate the innovation of a new generation of artists by welcoming them onto our stages and into our hearts.
